A Dwelling Place is a home for the heart.
It is a space created to help us notice where God meets us in everyday life. In ordinary moments, shared spaces, and the quiet rhythms that shape who we are becoming.
Here, faith is not rushed or performed. It is lived, tended, and received. Where the spiritual and the practical meet, and where God and others are always welcome.
A Dwelling Place began in late 2019 as a simple Instagram account. A place to share reflections about what God was speaking to me while creating spaces that felt like home.
It started as a small seed. A dream in my heart. Visions of what it could be. It was a response to a longing. To explore what it looks like to make room for God and others wherever we are, and to live out faith in ways that feel real, honest, and life-giving.
Over time, A Dwelling Place has grown into a place to explore how faith is formed in everyday life…
in the garden as we tend what’s growing,
in the kitchen as we share a meal,
in conversations with family and friends,
in seasons of work, rest, healing, and becoming.
It is an invitation to notice how God meets us in the everyday-ordinary, and how those ordinary moments quietly shape who we are becoming from the inside out.
A Dwelling Place is shaped by a simple rhythm:
Encountering God’s presence, being gently formed by His love, and learning to create space for others from that place of wholeness.
This journey is not linear or finished. We are always returning, always being shaped, always invited deeper into connection with God and with one another.

I’m a daughter, a wife, and a mom with the heart of a teacher. A lifelong learner of how steward God’s presence in everyday life.
Much of my journey has been shaped by ministry, seasons of transition, and a deep desire to encourage and help others discover who they are by learning to abide with God.
A Dwelling Place flows from my own ongoing walk with the Lord, and from the belief that transformation happens best when we are welcomed, seen, and loved right where we are…
